” How much sagging and disfiguration should I expect after enbloc breast implant removal without any kind of lift?”

I’m in my mid thirties and I’ve had saline implants under the muscle for over ten years. I’m very thin, have never had children, my skin is in great shape, and I’ve never had stretch marks. I have almost no breast tissue, and my implants only make me a 32A. I realize that I will be flat as a board again after explant, but am I also likely to have a very disfigured, saggy chest? I have breast implant illness and am not at all interested in keeping the implants or in getting new ones placed.

Dear Jpep26, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. You can get implant removal and wait to see your results and later decide whether you’ll get breast lift. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
