“I have had my implants in for 90 days and believe I have symptoms of BII. I am now explanting. Do I need to remove the capsules?”

I know the recommendation is to remove the capsules but am questioning if this is necessary and if the capsules will be formed enough after just 90 days. For my BII symptoms, I have had extreme fatigue, have brain fog and memory loss, have had anxiety and never experienced this prior to the surgery. I have decided the mental anxiety just isn’t worth whatever I have gained physically by having them.

Dear ByeBoobs49117, as long as your capsules are tin, there is no need for their removal. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
